We do not guarantee the availability of any specific content at all times.

All content available on CliffBox, including but not limited to videos, scripts, graphics, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to CliffBox.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view content for personal use only.

You do not acquire any ownership rights in any content through your use of the platform.

You agree not to:

• Share or distribute content outside the platform
• Attempt to bypass payment mechanisms
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers)
• Engage in any activity that harms the platform or its users

We may suspend or terminate your access to CliffBox at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• We detect misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity
• Required by law or regulatory obligations

CliffBox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that all content will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CliffBox will not be liable for loss of data, loss of access to content, service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CliffBox after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
